No shortage of things that make you think

There is no better event in Culpeper than the Third Thursday Concert Series presented by Culpeper Renaissance.
The first concert of the season is this Thursday and there will be a definite Jimmy Buffett feel as the Key West Band plays beginning at 5 p.m. in front of the Depot on Commerce Street.
The band plays a lot of great summer tunes as well as oldies and some of their own stuff.
Check out this clip on YouTube for a feel of what you may get to see when the party starts.

I covered boxing for almost seven years, tracking the rise of Evander Holyfield when I lived in the Atlanta area.
Evander had his own set of issues and is still trying to box to pay the bills. His career will always be tied to that of Mike Tyson, who had one title fight cancelled with Evander and another ended when Tyson bit off a chunk of Holyfield’s ear to save himself from the pounding that he was getting.
There is a great documentary out on Tyson and here’s a link to a review of that flick. I can’t wait to see it.

In the craziest link I have gotten in quite sometime you have to see this one.
A friend in Georgia sent me this and I have to admit, that I have seen similar images in my travels in the places I’ve lived.
I must caution, you may not be able to get some of these pictures out of your head as we explore why one person loves the South.
