If you haven't decided how you'll vote Nov. 6, or if you're just yearning for more political banter, a four-candidate debate Tuesday night promises to be a big part of the quickly approaching election.

Kevin Smith, running for commonwealth's attorney against incumbent Gary Close, is hosting the debate.

In addition to Smith and Close, it will include both candidates for Culpeper County sheriff: Police Sgt. Scott Jenkins and CCSO Major Jim Branch.

Russell Houck, principal of Sycamore Park Elementary School, will moderate.

Audience members can submit questions the night of the event that Houck will address to all candidates.

The debate will be held in the Culpeper County High School Auditorium and is open to the public. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Questioning will begin at 7 p.m. and continue until about 9.
