On South Main Street Tuesday morning, volunteer firefighters from Culpeper and Orange counties draped an American flag from two ladder trucks to honor James O. Weakley Jr., a 43-year member of Culpeper Co. 1. Weakley died at his Culpeper home on Friday. He was 76. An Army veteran, Weakley was laid to rest in the new section of Culpeper National Cemetery Tuesday afternoon. Honor guards with American Legion Post 330 and VFW Post 2524 provided full military honors.
