A Culpeper man was transported to Fauquier Hospital for non-life threatening injuries Saturday after his motorcycle ran off of the road and into some trees near the intersection of Oak Shade Road and Little Fork Church Road.

Zach Lohr, 20, of the 12000 block of Randle Lane, was westbound on a 1997 Yamaha on Oak Shade Road around 2:24 p.m. when the crash occurred.

According to Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Sgt. Jim Fox, Lohr’s father was behind him.

Master Deputy Rick McKinley responded to the wreck. No charges were filed.
