The comment had nothing whatever to do with individuals but to the fact that E. Davis St. has always been a trouble spot and even after refurbishing, apparently it remains such.  Understand now?????  And no!!!  I am not in any of the professions that you cited just a citizen who has been around for awhile and knows Culpeper pretty well.

WOW, what a comment! I hope you don’t work in the judicial system, schools or in a restaurant that fix “their” food . . .Culpeper will always be Culpeper!

You can clean ‘em up, dress ‘em up and underneath they remain the same.  E.Davis street will always be E.Davis St.
