SIDESWIPED: Deputy Chad McKnight talks to tow truck driver Craig Weaver as he prepares to remove one of two cars involved in a collision Tuesday afternoon on Reva Road. Two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
A Reva woman was cited in a two-car wreck Tuesday afternoon that sent two people to the hospital.
Linda Shanks, 54, failed to stay right of center, said Deputy Greg Butler of the Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office.
The other driver, James Martin, 27, and an unidentified passenger in his vehicle were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
According to Butler, Shanks was westbound on Reva Road in a 1995 Hyundai sedan when she crossed the center line, striking Martin’s 2009 Dodge Caliber. Both vehicles came to rest off the road about 100 feet apart.
Butler said Shanks and a 3-year-old girl in her car were not injured.

I drive this road all the time. This part of the road seems to be considered a a drag strip for wanna be drivers.
