This weekend’s Mount Pony lineup
The Library of Congress Packard Campus Theater on Mount Pony presents “The Last Gangster” with Ed-ward G. Robinson and James Stewart tonight at 7:30. On Friday, it’s a ghoulish double feature: “Black Sunday” with Barbara Steele and John Richardson and “The Wicker Man” with Edward Woodward, Christopher Lee and Britt Ekland. Both start at 7:30 p.m. And on Saturday (Halloween) it’s “Alien” with Sigourney Weaver and Tom Skerritt.

CHORUS
CMS choral concert Monday at 7 p.m.
The CMS choral department will be performing its second annual world music choral concert Monday at 7 p.m. at the Culpeper Middle School forum. Canned good items and supplies will be accepted at the door. If unable to attend, bring items to the chorus room the weeks before and after the concert, Oct. 26-Nov. 6.
FOOTBALL FUNDRAISER
VT alums watching UNC game Thurs.
Buffalo Wild Wings, 763 Nalles Mill Road, will be having a “Game-watching fundraiser” for the Virginia Tech vs. North Carolina football game Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Buffalo Wild Wings is donating 15 percent of its proceeds to the Virginia Tech Alumni Association scholarship fund. Mountain View Community Church is hosting an evening of uplifting and inspiring music at Culpeper County High School Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6.

Youth Retreat 2009 at Wayland Baptist
