A northbound tractor-trailer ran off the road and overturned Sunday night on Carrico Mills Road in eastern Culpeper County, according to the Remington Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department.
Driver Jeffrey S. Croyle, 42, of Culpeper was charged with failure to maintain control. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of Bunch Lane.

No injuries were reported.

Rosson & Troilo of Brandy Station spent several hours trying to remove the truck from the ditch and clear the road of debris before reopening for traffic.

In another incident both drivers were taken to Culpeper Regional Hospital around 8 a.m. Monday when a Chevrolet, coming from Belle Avenue, pulled out in front of an oncoming Jeep that was eastbound on Ira Hoffman Lane. Dense fog made driving difficult Monday morning.
