Culpeper man charged with shoplifting

A Culpeper man was charged Saturday evening for shoplifting at the Kohl’s department store located in Central Park in Fredericksburg.
According to the Fredericksburg Police Department, a loss prevention employee witnessed Christopher McCauley, 22, hiding an item around 7:50 p.m.
McCauley received a summons and was released from custody.
