I don’t think you can tie “gun control” to this….did you read this part?

Daryll Brown, 26, was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a sawed-off shotgun and conspiracy to commit robbery.

If you’re a convicted felon and in possession of not only a firearm, but stolen ones….that’s not “gun control” - it’s against the law.

I’m sure there’s information and evidence that we won’t read about until trial that will further explain things.

And yes, obviously all agencies involved did their part.

Evidently everyone did their jobs. I just hope this doesn’t turn into a gun control issue. It is a person’s character and values(or lack of) that dictates behavior. If a person is going to use a weapon, it doesn’t have to be a gun. Anything can be used as a weapon. Ice pick, frying pan, knife, machete, car, you name it and it can be used in a bad way.
Any way, I miss Sheriff Peters also but we have what we have. Like I said earlier, all the parties involved did their jobs. No big deal, no big issue except for some people’s incessant need to do something stupid

Joint law enforcement raid means just that, the sheriffs dept. was involved along with law enforcement from other jurisdictions.

It would help if people new how things worked before commenting.

Were was the sheriffs Dept, is not local law enforcement there job.  Oh I forgot the were busy writing speeding tickets. something they can handle. Someone bring R E Peters Back. so we can get a real sheriffs Dept back. That works for the people not against them
