Swine flu suspected in Culpeper student

» 3 Comments | Post a Comment

The first suspected case of H1N1 virus — commonly known as swine flu — has hit Culpeper County Public Schools, according to an automated phone message sent to parents Thursday afternoon.

The message did not identify which school the student attends.

CCPS urges parents to take precautions with children who have flu-like symptons — chills, coughs and fever — keeping them out of school for at least 24 hours until the fever has broken. It recommends handwashing several times a day to minimize the possibility of spreading the infection.

More on the swine flu can be found at culpeperschools.org/h1n1.php.

I’d like to know the source for the “really dirty” vaccine But you are right, eating healthy, boosting your immune system, and proper handwasing should be a no brainer, but I don’t think it is.

Of course they are not going to tell us what school it is. If a speech to kids about staying in school could cause such a stupid uproar, how many parents would keep kids out of that particular school from sheer hysteria?

And I am stunned how many parents send their kids to school when they are obviously sick.

Hype, hype, hype.

One.  The vaccine is really dirty and may cause autism, Gulf War Syndrome, and auto-immune complications.

Two.  The schools are becoming increasingly federalized.  To qualify for federal money (which all school systems love) you must do as they say.  Including all the putrid, eugenics-based things.

Three.  People self-govern.  What kid wants to go to school?  If you think Billy is sick, leave him home or with a sitter.  Wash your hands and use sanitizer.  Promote hand washiing. Have hand-washing seminars and sneeze seminars.  Promote a healthy outlook.  Stress is usually the straw that breaks the camel’s back.  The camel, of course, being your immune system.

If you think you’ll get sick, or you think you won’t - either way, you’re right.
