Town voters saw no reason to make a change on council.

All three incumbents who sought re-election were returned to their posts during Tuesday’s elec-tion.

Meanwhile, challenger Jerry Beckett fell 14 votes behind former Vice Mayor Bobby Ryan for the fourth seat on council.

Check back later or pick up a copy of Wednesday’s Star-Exponent for more details.

You bet Pat.  As you said we are truly in good hands.  Turnout was light but I am more than pleased.  We have the power to keep things headed in the right direction and we did.

Well Thank you Culpeper Town for seeing what good Council folks we have and adding Bobby Ryan to the list.  This is a great day for Culpeper. It shows that we will take charge when needed and will remember mistakes made not long ago. It was a light turn out but it is great to be in good hands!!!!
