Let me rephrase that.  No one with any sense wants it.  Our senators and/or representatives shove this down our throat along with every other bill they choose not to post so the public can read.  They do not represent the people any more.  Their votes are what THEY want, not what the people want.  And what this does have to do with the cartoon?  Maybe if the prez had done something to respect, people wouldn’t laugh at a presentation of an undeserved award.

NO ONE??? wants a health care bill?  The Senate Finance Committee voted for it today.  But what does that have to do with 5 Norwegians deciding Obama deserves the award. They gave a spirited defense of the decision today too.  It is just a sophomoric carton.  And I dont’ mind the CSE endorsing McDonnell.  That’s their choice.  I do object to them trying to make it out to be based solely on their one interview with him and that it could go either way.

To rjma:  Yes, and as long as the Democrats and Obummer keep doing stupid stuff like passing a health care bill that no one wants, there will be anti- cartoons.  And I hope the newspaper has some common sense and endorses McDonnell.

In the past, I’ve said MANY times that it is a real shame we can’t all get along.  I’ve even stated repeatedly that something should be done about it.

So, I’m holding out hope that I’LL be in the running next year.  Or, perhaps I can snag a Pulitzer prize for that scintillating newspaper article I’ve been talking about writing.

Seriously, if there were a Nobel Prize for “Studiously Reading the Words of Others from a Teleprompter” I’d give my whole-hearted support to Mr. Obama receiving it.  The Nobel PEACE prize, though?  The fact is, he has done, quite literally, NOTHING to deserve it.  With that said, it is the Norwegians’ to give and they are free to give it to whomever they choose; and I am free to choose to no longer take the prize seriously.

Another day.  Another anti-Obama or anti-Democrat cartoon.  We’re on the edge of our seat waiting for the gov. endorsement.
