Aging Together appreciates those who volunteered

» 0 Comments | Post a Comment

On behalf of Aging Together, thank you to those who participated in our April volunteer recruitment campaign as community leader volunteers. We received a great response to the month-long campaign, with more than 220 people indicating interest in new volunteer opportunities throughout the region.

We will be sharing the campaign’s results at the next Aging Together quarterly partnership meeting — July 17 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Culpeper County Library. We invite the public to join us.

We would like to continue to share volunteer experiences as a way of encouraging people to try and experience the benefits of volunteering. If there is a story or something you would like to pass along about your experience, I’d love to hear about it.

Thank you again for all your support of seniors and their families.
