The April 6 letter from Doug Mayhugh was extremely valuable ("The numbers don't add up"). It concerned the impact of the Angler project, but this analysis applies to all types of development facing Virginia jurisdictions.

The detailed analysis of individual projects should be made available to all government decision makers to help gauge the real-world impact on the community both financially and on the environment.
