Letter writer went too far with ‘white people’ argument

Reading Thursday's letter "Day laborers should be able to accept work," I couldn't help but feel this New Yorker is prejudice against, as she quoted, "white people." It's not just "white people" of Culpeper who are frustrated by the strain of illegal immigration.

It's all races.

She's sending a message to our community that doesn't help heal the bond between white and black Americans, because apparently she wants to keep the hard feelings of the past alive. Let the past go, and don't plant such a bad seed in the young minds of Americans.
