Payne for supervisor in Stevensburg District

I support Dewayne Payne Jr. for Stevensburg supervisor. Dewayne is a highly intelligent, educated, successful and experienced candidate who has proven that he uses his conscience when making decisions. He is logical, articulate and genuinely cares about the issues in the Stevensburg District and Culpeper County. 

His MBA degree doesn’t stop him from working in the field, planting crops, making hay and delivering his product, all while co-managing the farm.

Throughout the past several weeks, Dewayne has been meeting residents in the Stevensburg District and listening to their concerns regarding local government. His many years on the Planning Commission has demonstrated his commitment to the residents of Culpeper County and their concerns.

I hope everyone in our district has a chance to meet Dewayne prior to the election. Hopefully, you received his brochure in the mail and read his recent ad in the paper, as I have.
