This letter is in support of Culpeper’s native son, Dewayne Payne, candidate for supervisor in the Stevensburg District.
He is a product of Culpeper schools and Virginia institutions of higher learning. Having served five years on the Planning Commission and several boards, he is well qualified to be a supervisor. If elected, Payne will be the first native to serve the Stevensburg District in 29 years. His agenda is caring for Culpeper County, and Culpeper deserves the best.
