Branch needs to answer some key questions

I have some questions for Jim Branch:

1. You open all your public appearances profoundly with the statement that you started your career with "The Virginia State Police, the finest law enforcement agency in the country." If the Virginia State Police is such a great agency, why did you leave after seven years-

2. Why did it take you so long to return to law enforcement after you left-

3. Other than being promoted directly from investigator to chief deputy, have you ever directly supervised any law enforcement personnel-

4. Have you ever successfully investigated a homicide where the defendant was found guilty-

5. Your advertisement in the Culpeper Times stated many things, but it didn't show any goals for the future of Culpeper.
Do you have any goals set, or are you just going to continue what Lee Hart has started for you-
