Older workers have a lot to offer

It is a shame that being a little older has become anathema in our society.

Just because our hair may be a bit gray doesn't mean that we can't do our work or have fun.

When someone turns away an older worker, they are turning away years of experience, knowledge, and wisdom.

I'm not just older, I'm better.
