HOW I SEE IT: Theater will provide boost for town
Now, please do not think that the town of Culpeper will not gain anything from its $1.5 million investment in the State Theatre.

A costly undertaking for each word in the health care bill
Having personally reviewed HR 3962, the Affordable Health Care for America Act, I have a suggestion for the readers of this newspaper. Look up the health care bill online at thomas.gov, Web site for the Library of Congress, and scan some or all of its nearly 2,000 pages.
When did self-centered sports celebrations get so out of hand?
“It’s about time.” I’m referring to the new rules that are being (and in some cases have been) imposed on some levels of the so-called “sports” activities across the land.
