Monday morning at 8:30, the governor delivers remarks in Richmond to cyclists in the Police Unity Tour; Tuesday, he attends the Chesapeake Bay Executive Council meeting at Mount Vernon;

Wednesday, Kaine participates in a home weatherization demonstration in Richmond, and on Friday he delivers remarks at Monroe Park, then pedals to work at the capital as part of Bike to Work Day.
