September jury trial set in home invasion case
Stanley M. Rose, accused of attacking a Culpeper woman in her home last year, will face a jury trial this fall. Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Dale Durrer said Thursday afternoon the trial is set to begin Sept. 10.
