It took double overtime, but the Walker Grant Middle School girls basketball team defeated Floyd T. Binns 46-40 Tuesday.
The Blackhawks erased a 10 point first-half deficit to force overtime, but came up short in the end.
TaNae Holmes led Binns with 12 points, four steals and three assists, while Lauren Brewer added 11 points and four rebounds and Megan Schubert finished with 10 rebounds and four points.
