Grey’s was OK at best

I was really looking forward to watching Grey’s Anatomy last night. After weeks of re-runs, a new episode aired last night, which I thought was OK, at best.

“COME ON ALREADY!“

That’s what I would say to the writers if I could. Several of the story lines have been dragging for way to long to even care anymore. Last night’s highlight was Lzzie’s illness, which we learned is terminal cancer. But I am not totally sold on that because the interns diagnosed her, so she still hasn’t had a ‘real’ diagnosis. Of course, she only told Christina. I am assuming next week’s episode will be dominated with Christina being torn to keep this secret. Boring

We were left with Derek yelling at Meredith to ‘go away’ and tossing her engagement ring into the field at his trailer. We’ll see if she helps him get through this. Maybe Meredith has grown up a bit.

I must say that all the story-lines are a bit too serious and unbelievable. What happened to the funny? This show needs some humor and an uplifting story-line. I miss that feeling I would get when I would walk away feeling inspired, like I actually cared about these people. I would say that feeling is fading. Now I just feel bad for them and the show.
