Locke returns from the grave on ‘Lost ‘ and I’m loving it

“Dead is dead,“ Benjamin Linus, Lost’s villain says, during last night’s show, but that’s not true on the island, where the rules of time and space do not apply. After getting killed by Ben in a previous episode, Locke returned, making it one of the best episodes in a while. He’s my favorite character, so calm and knowing, and the only one who can put Ben in his place. It’s strange too because Ben all of a sudden is interested in redemption and forgiveness for allowing his daughter to be killed because he didn’t want to leave the island. Only “the smoke monster” (don’t ask) can offer the redemption Ben seeks and so Locke is more than willing to lead him there. “If everything you’ve done has been in the best interests of the island, I’m sure the monster will understand,“ Locke tells Ben, leading him through the jungle. “I’m all the help you need,“ Locke says, apparently Ben’s conscience, and apparently possessing some new telepathic power now that’s he been raised from the dead. Ths smoke monster is under an ancient temple and it’s here that Ben finds what he’s been seeking. However, Locke is back in charge and I’m suspecting a big reunion with the other plane crash survivors is in order. That is, if they can find them: Hurley, Kate, Sawyer, Jack and Jin are on the island too, but 30 years in the past. This is going to be fun.
