LETTERS: Reeves ready to serve community

I was pleased to be able to participate in a town hall tele-conference with over 250 other constituents today.

Bryce gave us an update on how the process was going, but spent most of the time answering questions from callers. There was even an opportunity to answer polling questions on various issues that will be coming up this legislative session, so even if you didn't get a chance to ask a direct question, you could let Sen. elect Reeves know how you felt on a issues ranging from taxes, to off shore drilling etc.

Bryce gave direct answers to direct questions, and made sure that we all had his numbers to his Richmond and local offices in case we wanted to follow up later.

I also want to recognize Ashley Nixon who did a great job organizing and managing the call...for those of you in business who have conducted large scale conference calls, you know how they can be!...Ashley did a great job!

This is a community where we expect our part time politicians to be full time representatives, and Bryce is off to a great start!
